Job Description

Responsible for all technical service activities / initiatives of the depot
Handle buying houses based out of Chennai & provide back end support to sales teams by acquiring nominations
Find avenues to sell value added products & technical tools
Drive adoption of online ordering by customers
Monitor online sample ordering & enhancing adoption
Provide technical solutions for problems faced by customer by suggesting the right product & oversee the correct application of product suggested
Troubleshoot issues & find technical solutions
Extensive interaction with customers in order to provide feasible solutions

Eligibility Criteria

Diploma or Degree in Textile technology or PG in garment manufacturing technology (GMT) from NIFT or equivalent institute with relevant experience of 2 to 3 years
Candidate should have knowledge of fabric and design & mechanism of sewing machines
Involves extensive travelling within Chennai city & satellite areas
Candidate should be familiar with topography of Chennai
