Job Description

Ability to deliver classroom sessions on both technical and behavioural topics
Maintaining MIS related data with respect to training program
Post training follow up and coaching that support training effectiveness
Ability to assess, identify and gather training needs/requirements
Work closely with instructional designer and subject matter experts to develop the content considering
internal training requirements in the organization.
Graduate with 8 to 10 years of total work experience
Work experience in Garment Manufacturing industry
Post-graduation preferred- Basic BE
Lean or Six Sigma
Proficiency in Kannada, English and Hindi. Ability to speak and understand other languages is an added
advantage
Flexibility to move in and around Bangalore
Training delivery skills
Advanced MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
Highly Motivated individual with high communication skills
