Job Description

Work as Profit Center Head
Manage the overall factory, Manpower, production handling from Fabric to Dispatch
Controlling floor in charge by setting of line to maximum productivity & quality product
Monthly / Weekly / Daily Production planning reviews together with core production team
Managing the priorities with proper demand planning and forecast
Master production planning to ensure key raw material lead times
Master TNA & plan v/s actual.
Costing & consumption of fabrics / trims & other materials & follow ups
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as priority.
Monitoring hourly production and dispatch to finishing.
Getting approval from the buyer/merchants/ quality in case of any production limitations.
Factory problem analysis - weekly meetings / implementation / result / reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate with relevant experience of 8 to 10 years and good communication skills.
Candidates should have sound knowledge of Garment / Textile manufacturing process and should be very well versed with the technicalities of the entire parts of all the machines related to garments and textile.
Job location is Kundli (Sonipat)
