Job Description

Daily review with teams to track the status of production, manpower availability, to check for deviations and to provide necessary assistance to resolve the issues, if any
To finalize optimum & efficient utilisation
Implement best shop floor practices like TPM / TQM/ Shaan/ Muskaan / 1P-1P to drive the business towards GPTP
Ensure cost leadership in production through better utilisation, cost saving measures and reduction in wastage
To review & provide technical support to operations team for productivity enhancement (people, processes), de-bottlenecking and improving KPIs
To ensure execution of production programme as per requirement at different stages of production cycle
To direct the communication with HO – Group Sourcing through SCM for raw material receipts
Operational Monitoring
Monitoring quarterly / yearly business plan and execution of the same
Monitoring daily / monthly production targets and execution
Monitoring breakdown trend and plan for development / upgradations for repetitive failures of machine
Monitor cycle time for the operation of all critical machines and plan for upgradations
Custodian of Safety, Health and Environment for the plant location
