Job Description

To ensure quality norms at different stages of manufacturing (Raw Materials to Finished Goods)
Ensure zero quality complaints.
Monitor quality related issues & take corrective and preventive action.
To ensure compliance of quality & environment management systems pertaining to operations.
Plan and review performance of direct reports and provide developmental inputs.
To imbibe the work culture by assuring the quality of product at each stage of process.
To look after the quality aspects in weaving, process and Cut, Stich & Pack department.
To ensure overall Quality right from roll out to daily dispatches for buyers.
Setting quality standards for the factory following buyers requirement and guidance for each department and processes.
To define critical parameters/processes in all operational areas.
Establish and maintain a documented quality system to ensure that the product confirms to customer specified requirements.
To ensure "QMS" ( Quality management system) for incoming materials to enhance quality of products and reduced the rejection rate.
Certification and technical compliance as per buyer requirement.
Daily review with QA and operation teams to ensure Quality of products

  • Fundamental knowledge of SAP Operations Handling.
    High influencing skills and customer orientation.

    Detail understanding of Incoming, in process and out going of materials quality control.
    Create awareness & motivate subordinates through meetings & training manuals.
