Job Description

Responsible for overall operations of the Unit looking after Production, quality & Maintenance, Labour control, Recruitment, Liaisoning with out side people, Controlling Admin activities Authorized signatory for all legal and statutory documents and bank cheques, Admn and HR activites.
Coordinating raw material and accessories purchase.
Responsible for overall effective functioning of Spinning machines and to achieve higher productivity and Quality.
Maintaining the machineries as per the standards and making improvements in the process to achieve higher targets.
Having thorough knowledge in Quality, Maintenance and Process control parameters.
Good experience in Production, Cost Control measures, assessing and review of market complaints, Quality and Machinery improvement measures.
Responsible for effective implementation of quality measures of the product in line with rectification of customer complaints' process.
Responsible for Manpower deployment, Production, Quality & department up keep etc.
Key person in preparation of estimated production, balancing of machinery and necessary follow-up.
Adherence with the Maintenance Schedules, Order placing for spares accessories, etc.
Familiar with periodical quality reports, analyzing the problems and follow up with internal audits and helping the management for effective implementation of T P M, Safety and I S O procedures.
Ensuring smooth functioning of the technical team and key person in building the effective teamwork and achieving the organizational goals on day-to-day basis.
Good Trainer, Experience in Negotiating with worker, Exposure In HRD activities like implementing Monthly event celebrations, Suggestion scheme, Counseling. etc
