Dony unveils full line of high-quality PPE

The Vietnamese manufacturer Dony Garment has unveiled a full line of high-quality personal protective equipment - disposable medical protective coveralls clothing, premium reusable face mask, and disposable surgical sterile isolation gown suit. The company is supplying PPE to 15 countries including UK, US, Canada, France, Germany, and Australia.

The Dony Mask provides the highest level of COVID-19 protection, is reusable up to sixty times, and has bacterial filtration efficiency of over 99 per cent. In addition, the mask also provides UV Protection of up to 99.95 per cent, is sterilised prior to packaging, exhibits water resistance, air resistance greater than requirements across Europe, and elasticity over 2x higher than usual masks. The mask has been certified by organisations across the world, including the United States FDA, the French Armed Forces, and the Australian Department of Health.

The time is right for a better kind of face mask, said Dony CEO Henry Pham. “And Viet Nam is the right country to provide it.”

“In the past, the world turned to China when it needed massive quantities of consumer products,” noted Pham. “The COVID-19 pandemic changed that a bit and the ongoing trade war between China and the US has inhibited Chinese production of PPE even more.”

“Other countries have been catching up to China’s manufacturing capacity: we can now produce nearly a quarter-million Dony Masks a day when needed. We do it with a degree of precision and quality control that larger Chinese manufacturers can’t match, and with the same low overhead, government support, and access to global shipping channels that China is known for,” Pham said.

Dony’s disposable protective coverall is designed to provide head-to-toe protection while keeping one comfortable. The coverall is made up of breathable material, is waterproof, restricting the passage of liquid, blood, and other pathogens, has Siamese hood design which increases protection by covering the top and rear of the head, has elastic cuffs, leaving arms less exposed while providing for personalised comfort, elastic waist, elastic facial opening, has zip fly design, shoe covers, and is lightweight.

Dony has also developed an isolation gown which provides the same level of protection for one’s torso, without the head covering or shoe coverings of the Dony Coverall. Like the coverall, the isolation gown comes in various sizes to suit the needs of different persons.

Both products of Dony are certified by the most reliable health authorities of the world like FDA, CE, DGA, TGA, SASO, ISO, TUV Reach, CFS, and Intertek.

"There are many mask manufacturers in Vietnam but not all the factories follow international standards. Dony and other Vietnamese enterprises have also donated medical supplies to the US’ people.
