Cherokee Global Brands, a leading fashion and lifestyle brand, recently won the brand and licensing award for excellence in product innovation, brand licensing management and retail execution for 2016.

Cherokee was also named best children’s licensed brand for its apparel program with UK-based retailer, Argos. The award recognised Cherokee’s product design and brand management excellence and superior customer experience Argos has created for the brand in the UK and Ireland across all consumer touch-points including catalogue, online and in-store.

“This award reaffirms our view that Argos is a wonderful partner to bring the Cherokee brand to UK and Irish consumers.  We are honoured to share this award with our valued partner. Argos’ flawless execution and understanding of the Cherokee brand continues to support Cherokee’s high-consumer awareness in the UK and Ireland and our partnership fits perfectly with our global strategy and vision for continued growth,” said Henry Stupp, CEO, Cherokee Global Brands.

Brand and lifestyle licensing awards, attended by 350 retailers, licensees, and brand owners, is an event showcasing the best in retail and licensing. (HO)
