Custom t-shirt printing market likely to cross $3,000 mn

The custom t-shirt printing market is likely to cross $3,000 million by 2025, expanding at a CAGR of 11.5 per cent from 2017 to 2025, says a recent report. In 2016, the printing market was valued at $1,158.6 million. With the growing t-shirt and custom t-shirt printing industry globally, demand for t-shirt printing machines is increasing steadily.

With economies showing stability, rising income for both consumers and businesses is expected to underpin custom t-shirt printing industry, according to the study on 'T-shirt Printing Machines Market - Growth, Share, Opportunities, Competitive Analysis, and Forecast 2015 – 2025' by Credence Research.

"The resurgence in the t-shirt printing market post economic crisis has been strongly influenced by advancements in the printing technology. The advancements in technology have led to the introduction of advanced inkjet heads that are compatible with variety of inks from different suppliers. This development bodes well for the overall market growth," says the report.

The industry has been aligning its research and development activities taking into account dynamic nature of fashion trends demanding shorter production cycles and high quality prints, the report stated. The t-shirt printing industry has staged a remarkable comeback post dismal market conditions prevalent during the economic crisis, when cash strapped consumers were finding it difficult to allocate funds to discretionary expenses like custom t-shirts. "Such efforts in line with technological developments are helping industry keep pace with the ever changing fashion landscape." (RR)
