Zovi, the Indian firm that designs and manufactures high-quality lifestyle apparel and accessory products and exclusively offers them online to customers at reasonable prices, is eyeing a Rs. 800 million turnover this year.
Zovi has attracted US$ 15 million in investments from private equity (PE) firms SAIF Partners and Tiger Global and runs online portal zovi.com.
The company plans to expand its portfolio of apparel and accessories for men and women by introducing new categories like home textiles and children's apparels.
At present, Zovi delivers on average about 1,200-1,500 items per day across 550 locations all over India.
The company has set up a 100,000 sq ft warehouse in Bangalore and also built its own logistics chain through which the company delivers its products to 15 cities in India.
Zovi.com, launched less than a year ago, has tie-ups with third parties for product delivery in other cities.
