“Ethno Refreshing” is a safari-inspired theme with a nostalgic note of colonial flair. In colour terms strong raspberry tones and rich yellow blend with the basic tones hard white, sand, khaki and black. Washed cotton styles use this entire colour scheme while sporty, washed burlap looks to neutral tones. A linen fabric in a batik look is refreshing with neutral sand and strong raspberry. Providing a semi-sporty note is a flowing Tencel-linen blend. Another highlight is a skirt style with very colourful, extensive floral embroidery around the hem. Prints on the most varied of basic fabrics carry us off to distant lands – for instance, Ikat prints dominate on stretch cotton including narrow skirt styles. Strong colours determine floral designs in a jungle style on cotton and ramie. A photo-realistic print in a colonial look with colourful borders picks up on a trend from international catwalks. And animal skin looks show themselves in grainy textures.“Sweet Surrender” combines hard white with 50s/60s-style pastel tones such as lemon sorbet, delicate rose, watery turquoise and pale sand. And these are found, for instance, in summery, washed poplin. Atelier GARDEUR presents narrow skirt shapes with polka dot variations. A modern cotton-metallic blend with a floral fancy print steps into the limelight as a midsummer printed basic. Creating accents is a highly colourful floral print with striped borders on pure cotton. A key fashion theme are Hawaii-inspired prints: alongside this typical floral and rural designs are given a new twist in pastel tones.
