The premier Korean textile giant Cheil Industries has opened the eighth outlet of its most ambitious denim and loungewear brand ‘8seconds’ at Gangnam, the busiest commercial hub of Seoul.

The fashion brand’s biggest four-storey-high outlet is spread over an area of around 1984 square meters with an open entrance.

The specialty store will offer garments from the company’s revolutionary private fashion label SPA, which took almost three years to develop.

The ensembles of the SPA brand is a unique amalgamation of out-of-the-box creativity and latest trends, meant for people in their early and mid-twenties, the firm revealed.

In recent times, the reasonably priced and trendy designs of 8seconds clothing line have become popular across the globe, including the US and Saudi Arabia.

To cater to the rising demand, the company recently launched its hi-tech online and mobile shopping mall applications.

An affiliate of the Samsung Group, Cheil Industries has been a prime force in the development of Korea's textile industry since its establishment in the year 1954.

As per the company’s expansion strategy of self-developed fashion brand stores, it plans to open 14 more outlets in South Korea by the end of this year.
