In this session, Boston Retail Partners presents the findings from the recent 14th Annual POS Benchmarking Survey: Customer Point-of-Sale (cPOS) of top North American retailers. This survey, combined with the practical knowledge gained from assisting hundreds of retailers with mobile POS implementations, will offer insight into the benefits and challenges retailers face as they implement the technology and process changes necessary to adapt to this new customer point-of-sale (cPOS) model.
