TOM TAILOR GROUP is continuing to expand its wholesale business in South Africa.  The Group opened a franchise store in Westville, Durban on 24 January.

The franchise store covers around 160 m² in the Pavilion Shopping Centre and sells the TOM TAILOR and TOM TAILOR Denim lines as well as matching accessories.

The Pavilion Shopping Centre is a local hot spot and one of the most popular shopping centres in the area. With 230 stores, it is the perfect environment to showcase the variety of the TOM TAILOR collections.

The fashion group went into the wholesale business in South Africa in summer 2013 and has been working with its local partner Edcon to open up new sales markets. Since then, TOM TAILOR has increased the number of its franchise stores to two and shop-in-shop areas to 50.

The number of shop-in-shops within Edcon’s branch network is expected to increase by the end of the year.
