New York & Company declares top layer changes

Fogel will be responsible for the design of all apparel. She joined New York & Company in May 2004 as Vice President, Design for Casual and Accessories. Prior to joining the company, Fogel served as Senior Vice President, Product Development and Senior Vice President, Merchandising, consecutively, for Polo Jeans Company. She has also spent time at BEM Enterprises, Badgley Mischka, The Cygne Group, World Hong Kong and Calvin Klein Sport/Jeanswear. Fogel graduated from Boston University with a bachelor of science in business administration.
