Flip flop brand Havaianas forays into fashion

Havaianas, the internationally popular flip flop sandal brand, is branching out into fashion.
The label has recently unveiled a spring/summer 2015 line titled Por Inteir, which translates to ‘By Length’ in English, for both men and women.
Ideal to be worn for a leisurely stroll at the beach or around town, the 500-piece collection is made from cotton, linen and viscose materials.
Decorated with Havaianas’ signature vibrant prints, the bright coloured range includes pants, dresses, skirts, blouses, shorts and some soft lycra made swimwear ensembles.
The collection also features T-shirts printed with fun slogans like cada macaco no seu galho (each jack to his trade) and devagar se vai longe (slowly go away).
Founded in 1962, Havaianas is currently owned by the famous Brazilian footwear manufacturer Alpargatas.
Established in 1907, headquartered in Sao Paulo, Alpargatas manufactures technologically designed shoe brands like Dupé, Rainha, Mizuno, Timberland and Sete Léguas.
