Oxford holds conference to discuss agreement to sell Womenswear Group

Apparel retailer Oxford Industries Inc has announced that it will hold a conference call with senior management to discuss the details of the sale of its Womenswear Group at 8:30 a.m. ET on May 2, 2006.
