Haggar appoints Rebecca Maticko as VP of Public Relations

Casual apparel retailer Haggar Clothing Co has announced the appointment of Rebecca Maticko to the position of Vice President of Public Relations.

Ms Maticko will be responsible for all aspects of Public Relations for the Haggar brand and will be based in the New York office. She will report directly to Stephen Croncota, Chief Marketing Officer.

Prior to joining Haggar, Ms Maticko was Vice President of Marketing of Earl Jean in which she directed both marketing and public relations for the brand. Previously she held various marketing and public relations positions at Vera Wang, Coach, Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger.

Haggar Chief Marketing Officer Stephen Croncota said, "As we work on returning the Haggar brand to a leadership position in the world of both men's and women's apparel, Rebecca's extensive experience and strong media relations in the fashion world will help us to revitalize Haggar as a vibrant lifestyle brand."

Haggar Clothing Co, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haggar Corp, is a leading marketer of men's casual and dress apparel and women's sportswear, with global headquarters in Dallas, TX.

Haggar markets in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. It also holds exclusive licenses in the United States to use the Claiborne, Kenneth Cole New York, and Kenneth Cole Reaction trademarks to manufacture, market, and sell men's shorts and pants in men's classification pant departments.
