Cottons, owned by Century Textiles Ltd of the B K Birla Group plans to double its turnover to Rs50 crore in this fiscal.
This strategy of expansion is backed by tremendous growth during last year; company has already made foray in North and West, said Subrata Siddhanta, Business Head.
Explaining company strategy, he said that South India is on priority as the company foresees more success there.
Company is undertaking a new retail initiative for South India. It is targeting to launch around 60 multibrand outlets and a sales target of around Rs3 crore for the current year in Bangalore, Siddhanta stated.
Cottons will introduce premium menswear apparel in Bangalore in the coming days.
