Columbia Sportswear Company, a global leader in the active outdoor apparel and footwear industries, announced the appointment of Mick McCormick as Vice President of Sales.
McCormick, an industry veteran, will be responsible for US apparel, footwear, equipment, and accessories sales for the Columbia, Sorel and Montrail brands. He will join the company's executive team in August reporting to Tim Boyle, President and CEO.
Throughout McCormick's 20 year career, he has held key sales and marketing positions in the sports industry. Most recently, he was Chief Marketing Officer for Golf Galaxy Inc. Prior highlights include his role as Executive VP Global Sales at Callaway Golf Inc and various sales management positions at Nike Inc.
