Mothers Work announces senior notes repurchase program

Maternity apparel retailer Mothers Work Inc announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $10 million face value of its outstanding 11-1/4% Senior Notes at the current time.
The company may repurchase Senior Notes from time to time in open-market purchases or in privately negotiated transactions. The timing and extent to which the company repurchases Senior Notes will depend upon market conditions and other corporate considerations, and will be at the company's sole discretion. Purchases by the company of the Senior Notes may commence or be suspended at any time without prior notice.
Mothers Work Inc is the world's largest designer and retailer of maternity apparel, using its custom TrendTrack merchandise analysis and planning system as well as its quick response replenishment process to "give the customer what she wants, when she wants it."
