JCPenney selects Saatchi & Saatchi as its new advertising agency

DDB Chicago, JCPenney's current agency of record, has been an integral part of the Company's repositioning for the last six years. The agency will develop the JCPenney's fall and holiday marketing campaigns, completing its contract with JCPenney on Dec. 1, 2006.
