Chief Executive Lee Scott wishes Wal-Mart entry in India

The recent visit of Wal-Mart Chief Financial Officer John B Menzer turned the focus on India a hot destination for outsourcing textiles and apparels among other products.
Now comes the statement from Lee Scott, Chief Executive of world's largest retailer quoting in a media interview that though the country has specific rules on foreign direct investment, "but at some point [we would like to enter] India."
Acknowledging the buying power of the growing Indian middle class, he said it was "an exciting country with a growing middle class."
