Sara Lee Corp to relay 'Meet The Management' live on Sept 18

Sara Lee Corporation announced that its “Meet the Management” update meeting with analysts will be broadcast live via the Internet at 10 a.m. CDT on Monday, Sept. 18, 2006. The webcast, which can be accessed at, is anticipated to conclude by 4 p.m. CDT.

The meeting will feature presentations from members of Sara Lee's management team, who will provide an overview of progress on Sara Lee's transformation and the company's plans for pursuing its growth opportunities.

This will be the first meeting with analysts since completing the disposition of non-strategic assets within the company's portfolio, including the recent spin-off of Hanesbrands Inc.

For people who are unable to listen to the webcast live, the replay will be available at 7 p.m. CDT on Sept. 18, 2006, in the Investors section of the Sara Lee corporate Web site through the close of business on March 19, 2007.
