North Myrtle Beach is buzzing with the entry of new businesses like Coffee shop and a Ruby Tuesday restaurant. Many other businesses are also coming up like Elko Spas & Billiards and Exit Grand Strand Properties.
The center currently hosts shops like Coastal Cleaners and Laundry; G&J Nails; Seaside Furniture Gallery; and Jeffery's Menswear. A Walgreen is also expected to move in the next door.
The resurrected center is expected to provide 100 jobs to the region and would generate $5 million yearly in sales, informed primary owner and managing partner with North Myrtle Beach Development Co LLC, Dempsey Hydrick.
