BTWW & Cheyenne-based western-wear chain announce merger

“To date, both companies have been effectively managed with clear strategies for growth and expansion, and with their combined 138 retail outlets encompassing the most comprehensive merchandising position within the western and work category, the combined entity becomes the clear industry leader."
The combined entity will maintain corporate offices in Cheyenne, WY and Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX, giving the company a significant management presence in key regions for the western and work wear markets. The transaction involves Corral West Ranchwear and Work Wear Depot, the subsidiary brands of Corral West, and Western Warehouse, Boot Town, Job Site and Sergeant's Western World, the subsidiary brands of BTWW, along with the respective companies' e-commerce and distribution platforms.
“Corral West is a natural fit with BTWW, and we are very excited to move forward and create the largest western and work wear chain with multiple apparel and retail brands. We now have the resources at our disposal to greatly enhance our organization and to build the premiere retailer in the western wear space,” said Corral West CEO Les Ball.
John Talbot, CEO of BTWW, added, “We are very excited about the management depth this transaction creates.We now have the ability to pursue the e-commerce, catalog, and product design opportunities we identified previously, while continuing to operate and expand the core business effectively and efficiently.”
