Specialty-sized apparel is the fastest growing segment of retailing and Casual Male Retail Group is leading the way with a new Rochester Big & Tall store in King of Prussia, PA.
This new Rochester store is the first store in the Philadelphia market and is located on 150 Allendale Road at Court Side Square across from the King of Prussia Mall.
The opening of the King of Prussia store brings the number of Rochester stores in the United States and London up to 26, providing customers with more convenient locations to shop for high-end big and tall clothing.
"The expansion of Rochester into Philadelphia serves as an example of the increasing demand for high-end apparel for the big and tall guy," said David A. Levin, President and CEO of CMRG.
"This really is a significant move for CMRG, as this is the first Rochester store in this market and will allow us to serve our customers with the most comprehensive, fashionable options for big and tall man."
According to the National Retail Federation, retailers expect the fastest growth to continue this year in the luxury goods and jewelry sectors.
Moreover, the U.S. Census Bureau recently reported, King of Prussia has a per capita family income of $75,882, and as a result the community's demand for luxury goods is at an all time high, providing an ideal home for the Rochester chain.
There is a growing demand for luxury goods across a variety of sectors, especially apparel according to Levin. "At Rochester, we understand the meaning of true luxury and are looking forward to continuing the growth of our business both locally and internationally."
