Hangzhou International Garments City is all set to formally open in August 2008 and dozens of the local and Korean designers are already working in the premises and are preparing for the grand inaugural ceremony.

Hangzhou Garments City, covering 73000 square meters, boasts shops specially dealing with the clothes of the international brands, which rank second or third in the world. There will also be exclusive boutiques reserved for designers and already 25 Korean artists have accepted the invitation.

Now, 20 more Korean designers have begun to work here at the invitation of the local brands.

Hangzhou City further plans to engage hundreds of garment designers from various countries through this development.
