Real estate giant penetrates textile industry

Thu Duc House Developing Company, one of the leading real estate groups of Vietnam, recently established a garment enterprise in Ho Chi Minh City, in a bid to exploit the strong growth in the textile and garment industry.
The new company named as Gia Duc will be producing textile and apparel and market them along with fibre, fashionable attires, chemicals and dying as well as packaging materials.
In recent months, it is observed that more and more big corporations in Vietnam are joining the textile and apparel industry, as they have foreseen good opportunities for exports of these products.
