PacSun to participate at 35th Annual Investment Conf

Fashion firm Pacific Sunwear of California Inc (PacSun) is planned to present at the Bank of America 35th Annual Investment Conference on Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at 11:00 a.m./PDT. Pacific Sunwear (PacSun) will be represented at the conference by Seth Johnson, Chief Executive Officer, and Gerry Chaney, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

The presentation will also be available via live webcast and interested parties can access the event at the Pacific Sunwear website, www.pacsun.com in the Company/Investor Relations section. A replay of the presentation will be available following the presentation through October 7, 2005.

Leading specialty retailer Pacific Sunwear offers everyday casual apparel, accessories and footwear designed to meet the needs of active teens and young adults.
