Menswear brand continues to expand to have pan-India presence

Zerostock Retail Pvt Ltd announced it will open five exclusive outlets of Cornerstone across Hyderabad.
By the end of February, customers can also buy Cornerstone from exclusive outlets in Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Kochi and Jaipur. According to the company, Cornerstone will continue to expand to have a pan-India presence.
Speaking on the occasion, Ashok Mayya, CEO, said, “Cornerstone will score on variety, quality and value. Fabric count is a measure of the fineness of the fabric, higher the count, finer the fabric.
Worldwide, very few brands offer garments of 100's count and above. Cornerstone, on the other hand, offers over 50% of its entire collection in 100's and above counts. To top it all, for garments of comparable quality, you will find us at least 30% below the market price.”
Mr. Mayya added, “To help our discerning customers make an informed decision, we will carry details about the yarn, count, weaves, wash and finish.
For example, our premium men's wear may say 2 x 200, Egyptian Giza cotton, Poplin weave and ETI finish. All these seemingly small details actually determine the price of a garment, but it's rarely disclosed.”
Speaking of Cornerstone as a brand, Dr Madhukar Gangadi, Founder, said, “Until now, readymade garment brands have been unable to cater to people of all sizes.
They have broadly classified customers into 4 or5 sizes and have hoped that people fall into these buckets. Cornerstone addresses this customer need by providing the largest range of fits.”
