Ennis declares quarterly dividend

Keith S. Walters, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ennis Inc, a manufacturer of business forms, apparel and other business products headquartered in Midlothian, Texas, announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15 1/2 cents a share on its common stock.
The dividend is payable August 1, 2008 to shareholders of record on July 11, 2008.
Ennis Inc is primarily engaged in the production of and sale of business forms, apparel and other business products. The Company is one of the largest private-label printed business product suppliers in the United States.
