House of Pearl Fashions Ltd, a multinational ready made garment manufacturing company presently operating in 11 locations and six continents, is now planning to expand its horizons by getting into joint ventures with overseas enterprises.
Officials from House of Pearl informed Fibre2fashion that, the company is on a look out of acquisition in European countries for which it is holding talks with several companies. For gaining wider market share it is entering into new customer and product categories.
The stylish apparel manufacturer is also planning to double its production capacity in its Indonesian unit and will establish a clothing plant in Bangladesh. The enterprise is known for making trendy and chic clothes for men, women and kids who like to remain fashionable all the time.
House of Pearl has a 60 percent stake in the joint venture with renowned European label Lerros and aspires to open around 15 outlets of Lerros nationwide by 2009.
