Future Group plans foray into lingerie

The Future Group is planning a foray into the lingerie segment, by launching its own private label; Mohena. The range of Mohena will start Rs 295 onwards and will be targeted at the mass market and will also include nightwear.

Fibre2fashion spoke to the corporate communications department of the Future Group, which confirmed the news. The lingerie division will function as a shop-in-shop within the Group's existing store network.

They added that 'Mohena' is under a pilot stage of marketing in Kolkatta and will be available across all the stores at the national level, very soon. Private labels at present constitute 25 percent of the apparels business of the Future Group.
