For the effective implementation of the law, the PTRI will certify as to the composition of the fabrics, with the Civil Service Commission to monitor the use of said uniforms. Non-compliance of such will then be subjected to administrative sanctions.
In his final statement, Dr. Tomboc, however, stressed that the uniform textiles will be readily available in the local market in a price comparable to other textile materials.
