Manduka brings new eco-friendly collection to yogis worldwide

Manduka, purveyor of high performance yoga gear and the #1 choice of yoga teachers worldwide, announced the addition of several new products to the company's family of high quality, environmentally friendly yoga gear. Infusing new materials, colors and technologies into its popular line of mats, towels and accessories Manduka's latest products including the inSight Eye Pillow, Practice Tote, eQua Plus Mat Towel and Manduka PRO Black Beauty are designed to enhance your practice while outperforming other yoga gear on the market.

Whether you're restoring your body or resting your eyes after a long day, the Manduka inSight Eye Pillow is made to refresh tired eyes and evoke deeper relaxation with its contoured shape and comfortable weight. Created with TANBOCEL fabric, spun from 100% natural fibers and knitted locally in Los Angeles, the inSight Eye Pillow's outer cover is silky soft, machine-washable, maintains a natural cooling effect against your skin and is biodegradable without releasing toxic chemicals into the environment. Its soft inner bag is filled with lavender oil, organic barley, flax seed, lemon balm and orris root to soothe the senses, quiet the mind, and help you focus inward during meditation. The Manduka inSight Eye Pillow is available in Marine (green), Midnight (blue) and Sangria (mauve).

Part of the eQua Towel Collection, Manduka's new-to-market eQua Plus Mat Towel—launching at the end of December--puts an entirely new spin on traditional multi-purpose towels. Infused with COCONA natural technology for enhanced drying properties and odor management, the eQua Plus Mat Towel will keep you feeling cool and comfortable during your most intense yoga sessions.

With natural fibers extracted from recycled coconut shells, the COCONA yarn is enhanced with activated carbon which spreads and evaporates moisture. The eQua Plus Mat Towel lies over any yoga mat of standard length to help keep it dry, while adding traction to sweaty palms and feet. The versatile eQua Plus doubles as a hygienic gym towel to absorb perspiration or a meditation shawl so you can stay warm during cool sitting sessions. The Manduka eQua Plus Mat Towel is available in Midnight (blue), Sangria (red) and Shell (tan).

The new Manduka Practice Tote is designed with yogi-tailored usability and style, resilient fabric and hardware, and a breathable mat compartment providing sleek storage and protection for your essential yoga-tote-ables. Thoughtfully designed and tested by yogis who know their gear, the Practice Tote provides practice-anywhere convenience.

Roomy enough to store a mat, towel and change of clothes the Practice Tote also features breathable grommets to keep your gear smelling fresh after the sweatiest class. Made of easy-to-wash natural cotton canvas with a sleek, monochromatic look, the Practice Tote offers functional style with handy side handles, durable reverse zippers, a clip for keys and a hidden pocket for valuables. The Manduka Practice Tote is available in Camo (beige), Magic (purple) and Midnight (blue).
