Exclusive Finishing Materials

Marshmallow
Another Vicunha exclusive! This is the newly developed finishing that reaches the Jeanswear market to add value to the product. Ideal for those who follow the trends of fashion seeking modern, versatile pieces with a cool touch and perfect fit. The finishing materials are developed with the most advanced and exclusive technology by Vicunha Têxtil. Applied over fabrics, it provides an exclusive surface that – when undergoing localized wearing and fading processes – offers astonishing results. Marshmallow provides total creativity freedom to designers when trying infinite possibilities in the modelling. This is a product that gathers texture and sophistication in a unique, fun and exclusive manner. The new line brings Amy – 8.3 oz. and cotton, polyester and spandex compositions – in black. Yet the Kira and Rod lines are blue. They are only different in weight – 8 oz. and 10 oz., respectively. In twills, the highlight is Forks in the Marshmallow line, which, besides the characteristic feel and texture of the family, innovates in the intense oranges and reds, in addition to the traditional blues, greys and blacks.

CARBOLumen
The denims and twills by Vicunha with the shine and cold feel of natural leather have already conquered the national and international fashion markets. The latest arrival in the CARBOLumen line for Summer 2012 are the new green and white colours of the Alanis twills, with 8.9 oz. and cotton and spandex compositions, and Spears, with cotton and spandex, 7.4 oz., and satin construction. With the extension of the colour palette, each one now offers six options: blue, black, grey, brown, green and white. The CARBOLumen version in jeans also has new arrivals: 10.3 oz. brown denim premium Stones, with stretch and soft flame effect in the warp. Its weight, allied to the comfort of spandex, allows for the manufacturing of more structuralized pieces such as jackets, pants, vests and accessories – from footwear to knapsacks and caps.

High Elasticity

Power Stretch
The famous Power Stretch line also receives new woven fabrics for its immense acceptance and versatility in the Jeanswear market. With refined appearance thanks to its satin construction, denim premium Missy (8.8oz) guarantees comfort and movement amplitude to various fittings. Its Special Dye tinting, combined with the finishing touches of Deep Finish, provides a wide range of washes, from soft until most aggressive launderings. Lighter options of this line with high elasticity denims are: black – Trace, and intense blue – Julian, weighting 7.0 oz., ideal for manufacturing tops and bottoms. In twills, the new arrivals include the 7.9 oz. Andrews, with satin construction and black thread in its structure; Daryl, a lightweight twill weighting 6.2 oz.; and the double face Penélope, weighting 7.0 oz., woven in light grey hues; and the 7.0 oz. Cameron, woven in baby blue colours for an ultramodern aspect.
