Online fashion platform Fynd debuts omni channel product

Fashion ecommerce platform Fynd has launched Fynd Store, which will be installed in an apparel retailer store, showing all products offered by the retailer. In case a shopper is not able to find a particular garment in the store, he/she can browse through an in store screen for out of stock products and select the garment, which will be delivered by Fynd.

According to Fynd, since a brand is able to keep only 40 per cent of its available stock in a normal sized store, it often loses 10-15 per cent of the sale due to unavailability of the desired size, colour, etc.

“An unsatisfied customer will obviously move to the next store as there are a plethora of other stores available to him/her. Fynd Store, an in store screen, has been designed to eliminate this loss in sales by enabling customers to browse through all the products a brand offers through an in-store screen,” the ecommerce platform said.
