Faux suede bonded to faux fur pile will be in CAFTA-DR

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) has determined that Certain Faux Suede Bonded to Faux Fur Pile Fabric, as specified below, is not available in commercial quantities in a timely manner in the US-DR-CAFTA region. As a result, the subject fabric will be added to the list in Annex 3.25, effective February 14, 2012.

A notice of CITA's determination has been published in today's Federal Register, but a copy of the notice is attached for your information, and may also be found on OTEXA's website, along with the Request and the record of the proceeding.

- Metric: Acrylic 3600.00 Nm to 2571.42 Nm, Polyester 2250.00 Nm to 1800.00 Nm
