BASE partners with innovative music-driven fashion brand

Lyric Jeans, Inc. announced that Award-winning television production company BASE Productions has signed a deal to develop and produce an untitled original series for television with Lyric's founder Hanna Rochelle Schmieder and her music-inspired lifestyle brand Lyric Culture. The proposed series will take viewers behind the scenes of this fast-paced company that fuses fashion design with music and Hollywood lifestyle.

"In Hanna and her company, we have an opportunity to give viewers a behind-the-scenes look into the dynamic and creative worlds of fashion and music," said BASE Productions co-CEO John Brenkus. "Viewers are going to be wowed by this savvy and energetic entrepreneur who runs a fashion empire by day, and whose heart remains in the music industry -- where she got her start as a performer and songwriter."

Lyric Culture is a cutting-edge, Los Angeles-based lifestyle brand which incorporates the lyrics of legendary musical artists like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Fleetwood Mac, David Bowie, Marvin Gaye as well as contemporary artists including Miley Cyrus and countless others onto vintage tees, denim wear, cashmere, leather, jewelry and accessories.

The company has licensing deals with the largest music publishing companies in the world including Warner Chappell, Universal, EMI, Sony/ATV, and Disney, and holds rights to much of the world's most legendary music spanning decades and genres. Lyric Culture merchandise is distributed at high-end specialty boutiques worldwide such as Fred Segal, Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom department stores as well as mass market retailers including Target.

The proposed show will follow Lyric Culture founder Hanna Rochelle Schmieder in all of her business endeavors, from managing a creative team of supporting characters to designing new lines, meeting with the world's leading retailers, navigating through the world of eccentric artists and music industry insiders and planning VIP fashion shows which may include performances from top bands whose lyrics appear on Lyric Culture clothing.
