Emami Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2006, inter alia, to discuss and consider the following:
1. Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2006.
2. Recommendation of dividend on equity shares for the year 2005-06.
3. Proposal of merger JB Marketing & Finance Ltd with the Company.
