The Flipkart Group recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Jharkhand government to bring on board its ‘Samarth’ e-commerce initiative the state’s artisans, weavers and craftsmen ahead of the famous Bamboo Artists Conclave on September 18-19. The initiative enables craftsmen from across India to set up an online business.
Products and handicrafts from Jharkraft and Khadi Jharkhand are already present on the platform.
