E-com brand Club Factory chalks out plan for Indian market

Fashion e-commerce platform Club Factory has chalked out a hyper-local scale-up strategy for the Indian market, with plans to make significant investments in warehousing, delivery, technology and marketing, to strengthen its presence further in the country and turn a single-stop fashion marketplace for small and medium enterprise (SME) sellers and consumers.

The company is targeting on-boarding sellers to make further inroads into the lifestyle category in India, according to a news agency report.

Leveraging a hybrid model of data technology and local seller insights to drive the ecosystem cycle, the company plans to empower Indian SMEs to anticipate consumer demands better and fulfil those by enhancing product sourcing and manufacturing process line using its proprietary big-data and artificial intelligence technology.

Club Factory will also expand into other fashion categories this year. (DS)
