Ocean Star Apparel announces exciting fabric development for apparel

In a joint effort, Fountain Set (Holdings) Limited (“Fountain Set” or “The Group”; SEHK: 420), a global leader in the manufacturing of top quality knitted fabrics and Ocean Star Apparel, Inc. (“OSA”) announce the development of a new premium cotton fabric – ENDURA.

Ocean Star Apparel is a vertically integrated apparel manufacturing powerhouse based in New York. As a key driver in the development of Endura, OSA has exclusive rights to offer the resulting apparel lines to the retail channel.

Apparel made with Endura is ultra-soft and extra-durable, retaining its appearance and color wash after wash. It will set new standards for performance of cotton based apparel. It is positioned as an alternative to long staple cotton.

Created via a unique multi-process technique, the production process begins with the laborious selection of premium cotton fibers, followed by a proprietary spinning method and enhanced knitting, dyeing and finishing processes. The result is an exceptional quality cotton fabric.

Special call out hang tags will be included on apparel made with Endura Premium Cotton, to communicate the products features to consumers. The hang tags will be an add-on to the brand's own packaging.

OSA will continue to work with Fountain Set on fabric innovations such as Endura and other performance fabrics. OSA's unique vertical integration allows them to customize these fabrics and translate them into quality apparel for men, womenand children for different levels of distribution.
