The show will be held in the 6 air-conditioned halls of the convention centre, and each hall will be named after a gemstone. The timing of JAS 07 is just right for a number of reasons. Firstly, with the festive season round the corner, people are already gearing up to shop till they drop.

Beginning with Raksha Bandhan, the season will climax with Diwali and the marriages towards the end of the year. Internationally too, shopping for Christmas will begin soon, and exhibitors will get just enough time to prepare.

Those who are participating in other international jewellery fairs which happen in the next few months, including the Singapore and Hong Kong show will also be able to do their purchasing at JAS 07.

An extensive variety of jewellery, both traditional and contemporary, will be on display at the show. They will include Jaipur's famous Kundan-Meena jewellery, colour-stone studded jewellery, gold and diamond jewellery and silver jewellery, apart from loose coloured gemstones.

The gala fashion shows which have been organised during the show will allow the participants to showcase their designs in a creative manner, besides providing an excellent opportunity for jewellery buyers, sellers and designers to network and discuss.

One of the most exciting assemble & a new part of the show is the Designers Galleria, which will provide an amazing opportunity to budding jewellery designers to expose their creations to the who's who of the national and international jewellery industry, for a small price.
