Linhas Bonfio launches threads for jeans stitching

Linhas Bonfio S.A, a Bonduki and American & Efird of the United States joint venture, expands its product offer and launches stitching threads in Brazil especially developed for the jeanswear market.
They are the mixed D. Core and Perma Core threads with a broader range of names available for this segment.
The mixed threads are much more resistant than common threads because they are manufactured using high tenacity continuous filaments coated with cotton or polyester fibers.
The benefit of this type of construction is a drastic reduction in repairs after washing processes, avoiding rework, quality reclassifications, production delays and naturally reducing costs.
D-Core cotton-coated continuous polyester filaments are available in 25, 36 and 50 and Perma Core continuous polyester filaments coated with polyester fibers is offered in 20,25, 36, 50 and 80 with a broad range of colors.
