Williams and retailer Steve & Barry's today launched the biggest fashion collection ever by a woman athlete.
Named EleVen, the line showcases over 120 pieces, which include nine different styles of sports footwear in a wide variety of colors, track suits, fleece outerwear, street active apparel, graphic t-shirts, puffy down jackets with removable sleeves, denim jackets and jeans, velour items, tote and gym bags, jewelry, sports socks and bras, and more.
The signature product of EleVen, a high performance sneaker called 'V-Court', will make its first appearance at the US Open next week when Venus wears them in her matches.
EleVen products will be sold from mid-November only at Steve & Barry's stores. Prices of all products at EleVen would be tagged $19.98 and under, including the V-Court sneaker, which will retail for $14.98.
Each and every item at EleVen has received Williams' complete attention. She has utilized her education in fashion design in conceptualising the products and has dedicatedly worked with the finest team of Steve & Barry's designers.
One can, therefore, see in the collection a reflection of Venus' personality and her favored style. The unbound energy that she displays in court has also mirrored in her design styles.
