Before obtaining the approval to use the Cricket World Cup (CWC) 2007 logos, King's Jewelry World (KJW) has the idea that it would bring further recognition of their brand regionally and extra-regionally.
It had submitted an application last year for the licensing and merchandising application including a proposal indicating that the products would be made using the CWC logos.
KJW are already known for quality jewelry but manufacturing products using the CWC logos including the event logo; the event name style; the event mascot; the trophy mark and the co-branding with participating nations' emblems began the process to become a licensed merchandiser.
KJW is keen to make souvenirs from silver and gold such as cuff links, pins for ties and clothing and rings.
The company is also willing to acknowledge, if the CWC committee considers the option of jewelry products being made en bloc and become part of that team of jewelry suppliers.
Businesses approved by the CWC committee would have to given an agreed-upon percentage of their sales to the organization.
Many entrepreneurs are thrusting to beckon CWC logos.
The decision to use the Cricket World Cup (CWC) 2007 logos is still pending.
Although, only businesses approved by the Cricket World Cup (CWC) 2007 committee will have the right to sell items using the CWC logos.
