Fossil Inc announced that the Company will be presenting at both the SG Cowen 4th Annual Consumer Conference and the 8th Annual ICR Xchange Conference in January.

The presentation for The SG Cowen 4th Annual Consumer Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at 10:00 am Eastern Time at The Westin New York at Times Square. The presentation for the 8th Annual ICR XChange is scheduled for Friday, January 13, 2006 at 10:30 am Eastern Time at the Ritz- Carlton, Naples.

President and Chief Executive Officer, Kosta Kartsotis and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mike Kovar will provide an overview of the Company's business model, growth strategies and financial highlights at both presentations.
