Lindex Spring 2006 – a fun clothing range

Fashion group Lindex launches its new Spring 2006 collection, Cool Kids.

Cool Kids - Romance, sport, adventures and a guide to denim. Lindex offers a wide range of fun clothing for boys and girls of all ages and sizes.

Romantic girls
We encounter a feeling of romance in the spring collection for girls. Crocheted boleros, embroidered blouses, decorated jeans and cargo trousers are all key garments in this spring's wardrobe.

The trend for skirts continues and displays great width. Long and short, denim and cotton, frills and lace. Pink, coral, turquoise, white, khaki and brown create a delightfully girlish colour range.

Daring Adventures
On-the-road adventures with BMX, Jeep bikes and motorbikes provide the inspiration for this spring's boys wear. The washed look clearly reveals the trend, as does the range of colours that embraces brown, beige, khaki, graphite grey and incorporates accents of lime green and yellow.

Essential garments include hooded sweatshirts with T-shirts, or pique tops with T-shirts, that show an influence from practical khaki wear and a kind of modern Western style.

The loose fit is still in - but jeans with front seams feel new and we can expect a slimmer design later on in the spring. Canvas that exhibits just the right amount of wear also feels new.

For the younger guys, the patterns playfully depict cars, diggers, motorbikes, jungle creatures and dinosaurs. Still popular are the double-sleeved tops and the separable two-in-one tops - usually pique on jersey - which look great when worn with canvas cargo trousers or denim skate trousers.
